Why Integrate with HubSpot
With Smart Recognition integration with HubSpot, you can:
- Automatically send contacts collected from your Smart Recognition script into your chosen HubSpot list.
- Automatically suppress existing contacts in your HubSpot account.
- May allow for set up of custom filters to sync filters; send leads from different domains to different lists or ESPs. (Functionality may vary depending upon the ESP.)
What You Need to Have
- 1. You will need your Access Token. You can find it by going to your “Settings”, and then clicking on the “Integrations” dropdown and selecting “Private Apps”.
- 2. Next, click on the “Create a private app” button.
- 3. Name your app and give it a Description.
- 4. Click on the “Scopes” tab and select the following:
- crm.objects.contacts.write
- crm.schemas.contacts.write
- crm.lists.write
- crm.lists.read
- crm.schemas.contacts.read
- crm.objects.contacts.read
- 5. Click the “Create App” button.
- 6. Click the “Continue creating” button.
- 7. Collect your HubSpot login credentials, and share them with your Smart Recognition account representative.
- 8. Next, create the List Name you’d like to sync your contacts to in HubSpot with. To do this, go select “Contacts” in the Menu, and choose “Lists”.
- 9. If the list you want to use isn’t already created, then click the “Create List” button. The list you use must be a static list.
